Whilst there is an Italian connection with pasta this is not mirrored in the identity. The cultural or ethnic origin of its’ food and drink remain ambiguous.

    The pace and mood are reflected in the rustic nature of the interior including open kitchen, exposed brick walls and industrial light fittings.

     

    Fasta Pasta is about the love of food and the theatre of preparing and cooking the ingredients. This in turn drives the passionate attitude of the staff and encourages casual dining. This is a real village restaurant that serves a diverse and cosmopolitan clientele.
